JBoss Group Selects WCG Case Study for Publication

Raleigh, NC - December 31, 2002 - JBoss Group (www.jboss.org) has selected and published Web Commerce Group's case study on its use of the JBoss application server with BASF, the world’s largest chemical company. The study details the three primary reasons JBoss was chosen for the project: lower total cost of ownership, superior technology and better maintenance and support.

About JBoss. JBoss is an Open Source, standards-compliant, J2EE-based application server implemented in 100% Pure Java. With upwards of 150,000 downloads per month, JBoss is the most downloaded J2EE-based application server in the industry. JBoss can be embedded in commercial products and is being used in production around the world. JBoss Group LLC is an Atlanta-based professional services company, created by Marc Fleury, founder and lead developer of the JBoss application server.
